Q: How many days per week do I need to work with a personal trainer?
A:This will depend on your goals and workout experience. At the very least two times per week, but for best results 5 days is recommended.
Q: How long after I start training until I get results?
A: You will feel a big difference after just 4 weeks. It is usually around 8 weeks when others will see a difference.
Q: Are you able to prescribe workouts on the days we are not together?
A: Yes, you will know what I expect to be completed on non supervised workouts as well.
Q: Can you teach me both weightlifting and kickboxing?
A: Yes, our program can consist of both weights and martial arts.
